- Event type and date

- Client address and phone number

- Description and images of customized item(s)

- All Links To Client Social Media Channels

- Client headshot and full body photos

 

Requirements:

Must send in signed agreement.

Must submit a non-refundable deposit of 50% from the agreed full price.

 

Turnaround time for made-to-order and custom is a minimum of 2-4 weeks, any time before that will be considered a rush service. Will include fabric sourcing (if needed) and 1-2 fittings. Also, (optional) attendance from the designer at your event or on set to cater to your wardrobe needs. On-site; sewing, pining, tailoring, alterations and/or dress) for this special time.

Rush services is an extra flat rate fee of $75.00.

The shipping plus the insurance will be the customer's responsibility.
